Which app is best & why?

Many Apps but which one is the best fitness app for pregnancy? Many are wonderful but if you’re anything like I was I wanted to find the one that would prepare my body the BEST and keep me strong and healthy throughout my motherhood journey.

With virtual studios and online content today the options are overwhelming.

I also wanted the one I would enjoy the most; because it ultimately comes down to what you will continue to use day after day.

The most important thing to look for in a pregnancy fitness program is one that  “IS DESIGNED WITH THE CHANGING PREGNANCY BODY IN MIND.”

Many channels will share what worked for them and touting that this is what you should do…which is wonderful and comes from a place of goodness.

HOWEVER the most important aspect of movement during pregnancy and beyond is the simple act of you *learning* the simple anatomy of your body & how to move so that you can fit THAT into your daily life. (which is why I wrote these guided journals because you can adapt them to any pregnancy workout program.)

It all comes down to HOW you move in your movements (workout program and daily life) that is going to make THE largest impact overall in finding which pregnancy app is best.

So which pregnancy app is best and why? The app that shows you HOW your body is changing, how to accommodate for changes and the one that you enjoy the most.

How much time do you have?

One important aspect of choosing the best fitness apps for pregnancy is looking at how much time you have in your day to add this in. Many platforms range in workout time being 10 minutes to over an hour. Some are more designed for the mother who prefers to workout in a gym while some pregnancy fitness apps are move focused on at home workouts.

Maybe you have 10 minutes in your day to start, or you aren’t even sure how to fit it…yet if you know how to breath, how to engage your deep core and fit simple strength moves when you use the bathroom for example…this is just as good if not better!(This journal is just perfect for that)

The platforms I am going to share with you are what I have found to be the most well rounded that focus on movement that is based on the science of a woman’s changing body during the perinatal season AND that have workout times between 10-30 minutes that can be done at home…this type of pregnancy fitness program is highly rated as the best fitness app for pregnancy.
